Colour Splash 2020 (Season 2) Mumbai

In case you were the part of Colour Splash season one, you will surely be looking for it this Holi. If you are from Mumbai, that’s amazing. If you are not from Mumbai, plan to be there on Holi 2020 because Colour Splash is coming again. Read all the details below.

Colour Splash 2020:

Color Splash will be a fun event that will continue on the day of Holi for 6 hours. There will be food, music, dance, and much more to enjoy. So buckle up, buy tickets in advance before it gets late.

Date and time of event:

Color splash will be on Tuesday, March 10, 2020, from 10 AM till 4 PM.

Location of the event:

Colour Splash 2020 will happen at Country Club Andheri Mumbai, Maharashtra 400053, India. Get the directions towards the location on Google Maps below.

Other event details:

There will be rain dance, live continuous band music, Panjabi Dhol, color blast, Puneri Dhol, and much more. Besides, there are 6 DJs (Dj Shann, Dj Nick, Dj NKD, Dj Sumaiya, Dj Hereafter, Dj Tapan, and Dj Dona) and one singer (Ramji Gulati) also lined up. You can also enjoy the color play with organic colors, drink Thandai, eat veg and non-veg food, and enjoy along with your friends. Although you are not allowed to bring food items, drinks, and color powder from outside.

First aid will be available at the spot for any injuries happen. But the administration will not be responsible for any such happening. Consumption of drugs is not allowed. If anyone is found involved in such activity, he/she will be handed over to the police. Alcohol will be served to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA).

The ticket price is starting from 499 INR.

The Holi Cup is a Chess Tournament that is being organized for past 3 years. It will be this year in Udaipur in memory of Shri Om Banna. All India Chess Federation organizes this event so that there can be a fruitful Holi along with the fun.

The tournament will continue for 5 days. It will start on March 26, 2020, and will end on March 30, 2020.

Holi 2020 in Purulia – Basanta Utsav

West Bengal always depicts a unique color of Holi. When it comes to Purulia district, Holi takes the color of Basanta Utsav that is more than colorful. Let’s know about it.

Purulia district of West Bengal arranges a Holi festival, which is the celebration of Basanta Utsav and also known as Basanta Utsab. This folk festival is organized by local villagers that help them earn some extra money. It continues for three days, and accommodation is also available at the spot.

Dates of Purulia Holi festival 2020:

Every year, the festival begins a day before Holika Dehan and ends on the day of Holi. In 2020, Basanta Utsav will commence on Sunday, March 8, 2020, and will end on Tuesday, March 10, 2020. See Google Maps below to know about the location of the festival.

Activities at Basanta Utsav:

Visitors can play Holi of colors with the locals here. There will be a lot of folk art, including songs from Baul musicians. There will be some unique dance performances too. That is Darbari Jhumur, Chau dance, and Natua dance.

Transport and accommodation:

It takes five to six hours from Kolkata to reach the destination. You can either travel by train or by road transport. There are tents so that you can reside there for all three days. Plus, there are portable toilets too.
