Cutting Chai Recipe on Holi 2020:

Cutting Chai is famous all over India and mostly in Mumbai. Small tea vendors around the corner of each street serve it to the best. But you must also try making it at home. Surely it will be more hygienic and tasty. So read the recipe below and try it on Holi 2020, surely everyone will love it.

Ingredients of Cutting Chai:

Use the following ingredients to make a perfect Cutting Chai.

Item Quantity
Water 1 cup
Cardamom 3 pods
Ginger (grated) 1-inch
Tea powder 2 teaspoons
Sugar 2 teaspoons
Full cream milk 3/4 cup

Making the Cutting Chai:

Take a saucepan and pour water into it. Open the cardamom pods and add them to the water. Now add tea powder into it. If you want the tea to be stronger, you can increase the amount of tea powder. Add sugar and grated ginger. Let the tea boil for about 5 minutes on medium flame. You can boil it for some additional time to make it a strong tea.

Add milk and boil the tea for two minutes. Make sure that everything mixes well. Use a strainer to filter the Chai. Serve it hot in small glasses and fill each one half because it is the Cutting Chai. Serve it with biscuits for a better experience.

Hot Buttered Bhang Recipe on Holi 2020

Holi demands drinks of all types. They can range from traditional to modern. A combo of the traditional and modern drink’s recipe is also becoming popular for the Holi festival and one of them is Hot Buttered Bhang. Let’s know what it is.

Bhaang has a lot of variety for Indians. One of them is Hot Buttered Bhang. It is a cooked Bhang, which includes butter and vodka. Let’s learn to make it at home.

Ingredients of Hot Buttered Bhang:

To make this exceptional variety of Bhang, you will need the following ingredients.

Item Quantity
Butter or Ghee 1/8 pound
Marijuana leaves 1/2 or 1/3 ounce
Vodka 8 ounces
Cardamom seed powder 1 or 2 pinches
Honey To taste

Making the Hot Buttered Bhang:

Melt the ghee or butter on medium flame in a frying pan. Break marijuana leaves and add them to the pan. When the mixture becomes sizzling hot, and vodka into it. Take care that the hot butter doesn’t splatter when you add vodka. So pour it slowly and swiftly. While the mixture is boiling, add cardamom seed powder. Stir it continuously and cook the mixture for about 30 seconds.

After that, strain the mixture. Use a spoon to mash and extract all the liquid out of it. You can boil the leftover again to extract more juice out of it. Add honey as per taste and enjoy it like hot chocolate.
