Take a large bowl and put ground almonds, condensed milk, and cream into it. Whisk them all together until the batter gets thick. Now keep it aside.
Take a saucepan and boil milk in it over a high flame. After the milk boils, add saffron strands. When the milk mixes well with saffron, take off the pan from the stove and set it aside for cooling.
When the milk cools down, add the almond mixture into it and mix well. It will be creamy and thick now.
Take out another pan and heat it. Dry roast almonds and pistachios onto it for a few seconds. After that, leave some and add all the other to the kulfi mixture and mix well.
Now pour the kulfi mixture into kulfi molds and cover their tops by the lid or butter paper. Leave the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Take out when you want to serve. And don’t forget to sprinkle almonds and pistachios over the kulfi.
