Kaamana Habba:
It is setting the bonfire differently on the day of Holika Dahan or Choti Holi. Boys of the families steal the cow dung and wood logs from the neighboring houses. All of it is used to lite the bonfire in the evening. By the time young girls help their mothers to prepare Holige. It will be offered to Kamadeva in a huge Agni Kund. While girls are busy doing this, boys sing and dance around the bonfire to celebrate Holi.
Mystery behind Kaamana Habba:
When Kamadeva felt that Shiva will gain all the powers and all the other Gods will be left with no power, he thought of an idea. So Kamadeva sent Rathi to dance and sing before Lord Shiva to interrupt him. Shiva opened his third eye. By that, Kamadeva was burnt as ashes. This way, Lord Shiva spread the message that we can take over the unwanted desires if we awake our inner self.
