Holi is a fun event and is tiring too. Because it involves very much exercise during the color play. To keep your energies boosted throughout Holi, try this Cutting Chai recipe. It will restore your energy and you can enjoy Holi all day long without any tiredness.

Cutting Chai Recipe on Holi 2020:

Cutting Chai is famous all over India and mostly in Mumbai. Small tea vendors around the corner of each street serve it to the best. But you must also try making it at home. Surely it will be more hygienic and tasty. So read the recipe below and try it on Holi 2020, surely everyone will love it.

Ingredients of Cutting Chai:

Use the following ingredients to make a perfect Cutting Chai.

ItemQuantity
Water1 cup
Cardamom3 pods
Ginger (grated)1-inch
Tea powder2 teaspoons
Sugar2 teaspoons
Full cream milk3/4 cup

Making the Cutting Chai:

Take a saucepan and pour water into it. Open the cardamom pods and add them to the water. Now add tea powder into it. If you want the tea to be stronger, you can increase the amount of tea powder. Add sugar and grated ginger. Let the tea boil for about 5 minutes on medium flame. You can boil it for some additional time to make it a strong tea.

Add milk and boil the tea for two minutes. Make sure that everything mixes well. Use a strainer to filter the Chai. Serve it hot in small glasses and fill each one half because it is the Cutting Chai. Serve it with biscuits for a better experience.
