Potatoes200 grams
Onions150 grams
Brinjal200 grams
Spinach100 grams

Besan250 grams
Soda bicarb2 grams
SaltTo taste
Ajwain5 grams
Pomegranate seed powder5 grams
Bhang seed powder10 grams

Making of Bhang Ke Pakore:

Peel all vegetables and wash them properly. After that, chop all and mix together. Sieve gram flour, salt, and soda bicarb together in a bowl. Add red chili powder, bhang seed powder, pomegranate seed powder, and ajwain into it. Mix all of them together and add water to turn it into a thick batter.

Preheat oil into a deep frying pan and keep the flame on medium heat. Now dip the vegetables into the batter and put it into the oil. Deep fry until the Pakore becomes golden brown. Serve with chutney.
